When you want to frame your eyes with something a little more noteworthy this combination will take your mascara game to the next level!
One thing I hate is when you have to wait for your new mascara to thicken up because its too watery when its new. Yes, there are some brands that are just fine after this waiting period, but what I’m talking about here will have people asking if your wearing falsies!
So first you need to get those lashes curled just right. Try and get your eyelash curler as close to the base as possible for the most upward curve. After that’s done you can add a lash primer if you like. My favorite is Lancôme CILS Booster XL. This adds thickness to your lashes and works wonders for fine lashes.
Now, with the combination mentioned next you can actually skip the primer, but if you want that extra oomph go ahead and layer it on. just don’t forget to let it dry before applying your mascara.
Next we going to apply Maneater Voluptuous Mascara by Tarte. I’m not usually impressed by mascara but this one definitely made a big first impression! It lengthens, curls and volumizes right from the very first use. Its thick and supportive formula is amazing and velvety, fresh from the tube without waiting for it to thicken up. It’s a deep dramatic black and it will just make your eyes pop! I love this stuff!!!
After all of my makeup is done I like do an all over mist with Morphe’s Continuous Setting mist. This is a fine lightweight mist and it will lock everything in place while also adding a nice sheen. When this is used in combination with the Maneater mascara it’s simply locked into place until you decide to wash it off. No smearing or transferring of product with this formula. Simply clean and elegant. Most of the time one coat will do the trick.

* BONUS TIP : conditioning your lashes with just a little bit of Organic Castor Oil is an effective and inexpensive way to get better lash growth. Just apply a little bit each night before bed for longer stronger lashes.

I might have to look into that mascara. L’Oréal used to make one that definitely made my lashes look false. I’d get asked all the time where I got them done. But they discontinued it and I’ve never found one like it since!
